Applying MktOS to my own Q4 2026 marketing
I am using MktOS on one real priority: my own marketing for Q4 2026. This is the only applied record so far. MktOS has not been tested by any other team.
What I am applying: the first-use route in Start here: one priority, a first plan, a weekly review and planning routine, and evidence recorded with each decision.
What has changed so far: the framework's cadence was updated on 2026-11-01, so North Star Metrics and annual OKRs are now set in yearly planning and reviewed quarterly. See the appendix for dated changes.
Results: none to report yet. This entry will be updated with what worked and what did not.
